How do I receive posts sent by other bots?
Open Telegram account in your dashboard. First, the site administrator configures the Telegram application under Telegram and system. Then connect an account you control using your phone, login code and two-step verification password, if required, and authorize each community. The account must administer the group or channel. Collection starts with new messages and follows the saved publication mode and filters. Earlier history, forwarded messages and protected content are not imported.
Do I need the same Telegram account for both connections?
No. Under Telegram account, use the phone number of an account you control that administers the community. It may differ from the account verified through the bot and from the account that created the application's API ID and API hash. The existing bot verification is preserved, and the connected account's administrator permissions are checked for each authorized community. The same Telegram account cannot be linked to different site users.
My account login was rejected. How do I try again?
Check the reason shown in the dashboard and request a new code using the phone form. If Telegram specifies a waiting period, wait before trying again. Also check Telegram → Settings → Devices and terminate sessions you no longer intend to use.
What happens when I disconnect my Telegram account?
Collection through that account stops and the session saved on the site is deleted. You can also stop collection for just one community. Posts already received remain subject to site moderation; use the dashboard to remove them. The account connection does not automatically follow later message edits or deletions on Telegram. Also review your sessions under Settings → Devices in Telegram.
How do I add a group or channel?
Open Add community, choose group or channel and add the bot as an administrator on Telegram. This authorizes publication of the profile, invitation and new messages on the site. For private communities, also enable Invite users. The bot verifies your administrator permissions and registers the community. If the bot is already in the group, send /ativar as an administrator.
Registration through the bot is unavailable. What should I do?
Wait for the site administrator to configure and enable the integration. If you administer the site, open Admin → Telegram and system, save the bot configuration and register the webhook. Then return to Add community.
What information does the bot register automatically?
The bot requests the name, type, description, profile photo and member count from Telegram. Public communities use their @username; private communities get an invitation that requires a join request. Photo, description and member count depend on available data. The category is left for review; language and country are not inferred. Existing registrations are not duplicated.
My group is private. What becomes visible?
Once a verified administrator activates it, the name, photo, description, member count, invitation and authorized new messages become public on AdultTelegramGroup and may appear in search engines. The group stays private on Telegram: the bot's invitation requires administrator approval to join. A public @username is not required. Enable Invite users in the bot's permissions and inform participants about publication on the site. Protected content is not republished.
I added the bot. How do I manage the community in my dashboard?
Linking a site account is optional. To manage the community on the site, open Link automatic registration and enter its @username or select AdultTelegramGroup page or code. For private communities, paste the directory page URL or the code received after sending /ativar in the group. Open the verification link with the Telegram account that administers the community. The bot checks your permissions before linking the registration to your site account.
I added the bot but the community has not appeared. What should I do?
Check that the bot is an administrator. For private groups, enable Invite users so it can create an invitation; registration requires authorization from an administrator identified by Telegram. If the bot is already in the group, send /ativar using your administrator account and wait for its reply. Moderated or paused registrations are not reactivated by adding the bot again. If the community is still missing, the site team can check the integration and queue.
Must I administer the community to register it?
Yes. Registration through the bot requires you to administer the group or channel. The bot checks your Telegram permissions before activating the community. To manage it on the site, link the registration to your dashboard account.
What does verified administrator mean?
The bot checked the administrator relationship through Telegram permissions. The owner badge is reserved for the creator identified by Telegram. These badges confirm an administrative relationship; they are not editorial recommendations or guarantees about the content.
How do I connect the bot?
Add the bot as an administrator to the group or channel. For private communities, include Invite users permission. After verifying who performed that action, the bot registers the profile, publishes the invitation and enables compatible new messages. If the bot is already in the group, send /ativar as an administrator. A site account is not required for this activation. Protected content is not republished.
Can the bot read any group from its link?
No. The bot only receives information from chats it can access, subject to Telegram permissions. Private communities are accepted when a verified administrator authorizes publication by adding the bot or sending /ativar in the group. An invitation link alone does not authorize registration or reading of a private group. Protected content is not republished.
Do all messages appear on the site?
Adding the bot as an administrator or sending /ativar in the group authorizes publication of compatible new messages, including in private communities. The bot verifies your administrator status before activating a new registration. Content protection, filters and integration limits still apply; earlier messages are not imported. After linking your account, you can select manual approval, hashtag selection or automatic mode. Inform group participants that new messages may appear on the site.
Can older messages be imported?
The Bot API integration cannot freely retrieve history from before the connection. The site displays messages received after the bot is connected and authorized. We do not estimate or invent earlier posts.
If I delete a Telegram message, does it disappear from the site?
The Bot API does not provide a general deletion event for ordinary messages. If a post has already appeared on the site, an administrator must remove it in the dashboard. Participants and visitors can also use Report on the community page to request a review. Edits are synchronized when their events are received.
Where does the member count come from?
When the bot has access, we request the count reported by Telegram and save the time of the check. This is not a participant list or a count of people online. If a check fails, the latest known count and its date are preserved. Charts use only actual collected counts.
Do clicks show how many people joined?
No. Visits, favorites and clicks to open Telegram are site metrics. A click does not confirm that someone joined a group or subscribed to a channel. Telegram's member count is displayed separately.
How do I pause or end the integration?
While no site account is linked to the community, Telegram-verified administrators can send /pause, /resume or /disconnect in the group. For channels or additional options, link the registration to your account and use Pause or Disconnect in the dashboard. You can also disable republication and remove individual posts. Management actions require confirmation of your current permissions.
Can I report a community or request removal of a post?
Yes. Use Report on the community page. Select a reason and provide enough detail to identify the issue. Do not send passwords, login codes or unnecessary personal information. The moderation team receives the report in the administration dashboard.
